Chatbot Carl-When using FCU’s AI Chatbot, Carl, FCU does keep a record of conversations to help improve performance. Names are not provided, nor recorded, thus member’s interaction with Carl is confidential.
Live Agent- When using FCU’s Live Agent you are interacting with a live FCU representative. FCU will collect and record any personal data that is voluntarily given.
Our Web site will be checked every day that we are open for business. The loan department will treat a loan application received via our Web site the same as a loan application taken via telephone or in person. Your loan application will be processed as soon as possible. If further information is necessary to complete your application, you will be contacted. You will be contacted regarding the approval or denial of the application.
Frankenmuth Credit Union’s Web site has a link to our Internet-based banking product. Separate disclosures must be acknowledged before a new user is able to do account transactions and inquiries online. The information that is entered into online banking by a member is used only to process requested transactions. Online banking is operated on a secured Web site address that requires a member number, password and secure question answered to access.
