Text Banking

Quick access to account balances. Text banking is free for FCU members and is available 24/7.

Desktop:
Enroll for text banking under the “Go Mobile”

App:

Basic Commands:

  • BAL Balance for all eligible accounts

e-Deposit Rules
  • A picture of the back of the check is required. A signature of all parties that the check is paid to is required. Write FCU e-deposit and today’s date on the back of your check. Sign/endorse your check. Hold onto your check for two weeks in case FCU needs access to the original.
  • We cannot accept images of Canadian checks via remote deposit. Contact FCU Support Staff for other options.
  • eDeposit can only be used by members of FCU in good standing. Electronic check images will follow FCU’s normal check handling procedures and may require a hold to be placed on a check for an amount of time. If a hold is placed, FCU will contact the member.
  • Even after acceptance of your eDeposit, we suggest to hold your check for 2 weeks in case FCU needs access to the original.
Phone Banking

Similar to our online banking service, our 24-hour telephone banking service allows you to check balances, transfer money and see what checks have cleared. It’s a great service to keep in touch with your accounts when online or when mobile access isn’t an option. Members need to set up a four digit PIN to use this service

Easily transfer funds to a non-member’s account.

With just a mobile number or email address you can make Person to Person (P2P) payments through Pay Anyone. You will enter the information needed. The Question and Answer section includes a space for you to enter a security question and its answer. Only the question is sent to the recipient in the text or email. For security reasons, you must let the receiver know the answer separately.

Select Move Money in bottom navigation > Pay Anyone

Bill Pay allows you to pay who you want, when you want, and for the amount you want to pay them. You can pay everyone from your paper boy to your national cell phone carrier. FCU’s Bill Pay service is free to members VIP Rewards Silver* status or higher.

Court-ordered payments, state and federal tax payments, and international payments are not allowed to be paid by Bill Pay. *VIP rewards program is for personal consumer accounts, business accounts do not earn VIP points. Accounts that are not VIP Silver status or higher will be charge $4.95 a month for the personal It’s Me 247 Bill Pay service. Business members, ask about It’s My Biz for your online service needs.

Make a loan payment from your other financial institution to your FCU loan. All you need is your FCU account number and loan suffix, plus the routing number and account information for the financial institution you will be withdrawing from to make your payment. Or, you can pay with your debit or credit card. But there will be a fee assessed for this.

Payments can be made from a savings/checking account or from a debit/credit card. You can set up one-time payments or schedule your payment to be made on a recurring basis. Please note that payments made from a debit or credit card will be assessed a service charge. Payments initiated by 7:00 pm Eastern Monday through Friday on a business day will settle the next business day. “Payment amount” indicates the standard payment due – not necessarily the current amount due. “Payment Date” indicates the day the funds will be withdrawn. The payment will be applied to the loan the following business day.

ONLINE BANKING HELP

If you forget your password, click on ‘I Forgot Password’ and enter your username. Click continue. Answer your three security questions. Click ‘Proceed to change Password’.

If you can’t answer your security questions correctly, contact support at 989-497-1600 to reset your questions and password. You will need to log in right away to setup a new password.

Your initial temporary password upon account opening is only good for 24 hours and must be changed within that time frame. To have your password reset, call our support at 989-497-1600.

  • Select your loan under the loans sections. The loan details screen will show due date, along with payment details, interest rate, payoff balance and original loan balance

To reorder checks you will need your account number plus the suffix 110 and our routing number 272 480 131

  • Login to Online Banking, hover over the e-statements button (Enrollment feature not available on mobile device)
  • Select Enroll Now!
  • Click the button next to “I would like to receive my statements electronically”
  • Enter the email address where you would like your e-statement notice sent
  • Click Accept
